商品到着後の確認

商品が到着しましたら、7日以内に不具合の有無、ご注文内容との相違がないかを必ずご確認ください。

万が一、商品に不具合があった場合は、すぐにご注文発送メールへの返信、またはお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。ご返送いただいた商品を確認のうえ、新しい商品とお取り替えいたします。この場合の送料は当社が負担いたしますので、ご安心ください。

なお、商品に同梱している保証書は、返品・交換の際に必要となりますので大切に保管してください。

お客様都合による返品・交換

「イメージと違った」「サイズが合わない」「注文を間違えた」など、お客様都合による理由の場合も、下記の条件をすべて満たしていれば返品・交換を承ります。ご希望の際は、ご注文発送メールへの返信、またはお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。
この場合、返送にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

商品到着から7日以内にご連絡いただいたもの
当社基準で未使用と判断できるもの
お客様の手元で傷や汚れが生じていないもの
付属品・箱など、お届け時の状態がすべて揃っているもの
商品ページに「返品不可」の記載がないもの
セール品でないもの
カスタムオーダーでないもの
日本国内発送の商品(国外発送を除く)

ご連絡後、1週間以内に商品をご返送ください。
ご返送いただいた商品を確認のうえ、ご返金または交換品の発送を行います。

International Orders

For international orders, we accept returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (e.g., wrong size, change of mind). However, please note that the customer is entirely responsible for all associated costs, including round-trip shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item's condition and the shipping packaging. Upon verification, we will promptly process a replacement or refund at our expense.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn or used under any circumstances.
