国内配送について
通常３営業日以内で発送させていただきますが、商品によって日数が異なりますので、各商品の詳細ページをご覧ください。
材料の入荷状況、及びご注文が集中した場合、納品まで通常よりお時間頂くことがございますので、予めご了承ください。
お届け日時をご指定いただいた場合でも、下記のような理由により出荷、配送に遅延が生じることがありますのでご了承ください。
- セール期間など注文が集中した場合
- 天候、自然災害などの理由にて交通事情が生じた場合
- 出荷にあたり、お届け先等のご登録情報の確認が生じた場合

代金には別途送料がかかります。
１回のご注文の商品代金合計13,200円（税込）以上の場合、全国送料無料でお届けします。

発送手続きが完了するとご登録いただいたメールアドレス宛に発送完了とお問い合わせ番号をご案内させていただきます。
お届け時間のご指定は直接クロネコヤマトにお問い合わせください。

We offer tax-free pricing for international orders. Japanese consumption tax (10%) is not applied to items shipped outside Japan.
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. However, actual delivery times may vary depending on the item and destination. Please refer to each product page for specific details.
Delays may also occur during busy seasons or due to material availability. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivery Method
We ship via Yamato Transport International.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email.
Please note:
- We are unable to accommodate specific delivery date or time requests at checkout.
- For delivery inquiries or rescheduling, please contact Yamato directly.
- Estimated delivery times vary by destination.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes based on your country’s regulations.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping fee.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Return shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties will be borne by the customer.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or used.
