We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
Please note that some items may not be eligible for international delivery.

We offer tax-free pricing for international orders. Japanese consumption tax (10%) is not applied to items shipped outside Japan.
The total amount will automatically be recalculated to exclude tax once you enter your international shipping address at checkout.
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days.
However, made-to-order items will take longer, as production begins after your order is placed. Please refer to each product page for an estimated timeframe. We will notify you of the exact shipping date via email once your order is confirmed.
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to the following reasons:
- Material availability or high order volumes during sales/busy seasons
- Weather conditions or transportation disruptions
- Incomplete shipping information requiring confirmation

Delivery Method
We ship by international courier service (Fedex).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email.

- We are unable to accommodate specific delivery date or time requests at checkout.
- For delivery inquiries or rescheduling, please contact the courier directly.
- Estimated delivery times vary by destination.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and carrier brokerage fees. These additional costs are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your local customs office and the shipping carrier for more details before purchasing.
Returns & Exchanges
For international orders, we accept returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (e.g., wrong size, change of mind). However, please note that the customer is entirely responsible for all associated costs, including round-trip shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item's condition and the shipping packaging. Upon verification, we will promptly process a replacement or refund at our expense.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn or used under any circumstances.

当店では、一部の国・地域への海外発送を承っております。
商品によっては海外発送の対象外となる場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

海外への発送につきましては免税となり、日本の消費税（10%）は適用されません。
チェックアウト（お支払い）画面にて海外のお届け先住所をご入力いただくと、消費税を差し引いた金額に自動的に再計算されます。
ご注文いただいた商品は、通常3営業日以内に発送いたします。
ただし、受注生産商品につきましては、ご注文をいただいてから制作を開始するため、発送までにお時間を頂戴いたします。
日数の目安は各商品ページにてご確認ください。
正確な発送予定日につきましては、ご注文確定後にメールにてお知らせいたします。
また、繁忙期や資材の調達状況により発送に遅れが生じる場合もございます。何卒ご理解いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

配送方法について
海外への発送は国際宅配便 (Fedex) にて行います。
商品の発送が完了いたしましたら、追跡番号（トラッキングナンバー）を記載した発送完了メールをお送りいたします。

関税・輸入税について
海外へのお届けにあたり、お届け先の国の税関にて関税、付加価値税（VAT）、および配送業者の通関手数料等が発生する場合がございます。
これらの追加費用は商品代金や送料には含まれておらず、すべてお客様（お受取人様）のご負担となります。

返品・交換について
海外発送のご注文に関して、お客様都合（サイズが合わない、イメージと異なるなど）による返品・交換をご希望の場合、それに伴う往復の送料、関税、および輸入手数料などの諸費用は、すべてお客様のご負担となります。あらかじめご了承ください。
万が一、不良品や破損した商品が届いた場合は、大変お手数ですが商品到着後7日以内に、商品の状態と梱包材の写真をご添付のうえ当店までご連絡ください。
確認ができ次第、当店の費用負担にて速やかに交換または返金のご対応をさせていただきます。
なお、一度でもご使用になられた商品につきましては、いかなる場合も返品・交換をお受けできかねますのでご注意ください。
