Jewelry Care

After use, wipe off sweat and dirt with the cloth provided.
If you sweat, rinse with water and dry thoroughly with a towel.

Precautions for use

AROM. jewelry is made by hand one by one. Therefore, there may be individual differences in the finish.

Pulling too hard or subjecting the jewelry to strong impacts may cause damage. Due to the design, the jewelry may get caught on something and break, or it may damage your clothes or skin. Please be careful when using the jewelry.

Please remove your jewelry when playing sports, sleeping, or caring for young children, as it may be injured.

After use, remove sweat, sebum, etc. with a soft cloth and store in an airtight bag.
Unplated silver and brass jewelry can tarnish or darken as a result of reaction with oxygen in the air.
If you are concerned about discoloration or darkening, please clean it using a commercially available jewelry cloth or metal accessory polish.

Do not clean gold or rhodium plated jewellery with an abrasive cleaning cloth as this can remove the finish.

Warranty period

We will repair or fix any defects that occur during normal use free of charge, whenever possible, for six months from the date of purchase.
However, this does not include intentional damage, loss of major parts of the product, or resizing.

Please note that depending on the condition, repairs may not be possible.
If you would like to have your product repaired, please package the product to prevent damage during delivery and send it to us using a traceable method such as registered mail or courier service.
In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
