We offer tax-free pricing for international orders. Japanese consumption tax (10%) is not applied to items shipped outside Japan.

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. However, actual delivery times may vary depending on the item and destination. Please refer to each product page for specific details.
Delays may also occur during busy seasons or due to material availability. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivery Method

We ship via Yamato Transport International.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes based on your country's regulations.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping fee.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Return shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties will be borne by the customer.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or used.
