About ordering

I placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email.

Once your order is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered. If you do not receive an email, it may be for the following reasons:

  • Your order was not completed correctly.
  • There is an error in the email address you entered.
  • I have my carrier email settings set to refuse to receive emails from PCs or HTML emails.
  • The email gets sorted into the spam folder.

If you do not receive an email, please also check your spam folder.
The domain of email addresses from AROM. is "aromjewelry.com". Please set this domain to allow receiving emails.

If you cannot confirm the email, please contact us via the inquiry form or LINE .

Can you issue a receipt?

If you would like a receipt, please write so in the comments section on the cart page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that once we begin shipping your order, it will be cancelled.

I would like to return or exchange a product. Is this possible?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please refer to here for information on returns and exchanges.

Payment Method

What payment methods are available?

We accept various credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, PayPay, LINE Pay, Merpay, andPaidy (Pay Later) .

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

Please note that payment methods cannot be changed after an order has been completed, so please be sure to check when placing your order.

I don't have a credit card. Can I pay by bank transfer or at a convenience store?

If you choosePaidy as your payment method, you can pay by bank transfer or convenience store payment.
Paidy is a postpaid payment service at convenience stores and banks. All you need is an email address and mobile phone number. No prior registration or credit card is required.

About Shipping

Can I send my order to multiple addresses?

We can only ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

When will the product be shipped?

Normally shipped within 3 business days after ordering.

Can I specify the delivery date and time of the product?

You can specify the delivery date and time from the 6th business day after the order date. Please enter it in the comments section on the cart page. However, please note that we cannot accept requests for delivery dates and times for custom orders.

Also, if you wish to change the date or time after placing your order, please use the inquiry number for your package listed in the shipping completion email.

Please note that we may not be able to deliver your order at your desired date and time due to natural disasters, pollution, or force majeure.

Can you send it overseas?

We currently only ship to select countries. Click here for more information.

I haven't received my item, what should I do?

Products will be shipped within 3 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is completed, and it will take about 1 to 3 days for the product to arrive.

Please check whether you have received the shipping completion email and then check the delivery status using the tracking number on your package, or contact us via the inquiry form with your order number.

I received a different product than I ordered, or the product I received is defective.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please let us know your order number.

After-sales service

Can I shorten or lengthen the length of my necklace or bracelet?

Depending on the design, it is possible to alter the length of necklaces and bracelets.
If you have a specific length in mind, please contact us before ordering.

If you would like to shorten the length after purchase, we will do so free of charge within three months of purchase. (This is a one-time request only.)

Depending on the design, the length may not be able to be changed. Please contact us for more information.

If you wish to extend the length, an additional charge may apply depending on the length, design and material.
