Returns and Exchanges

Confirmation after arrival of product

Once you receive your ordered item, please be sure to check within 7 days to make sure there are no defects in the item and that your order is correct.
If there is a problem with the product you receive, please contact us immediately.

Also, please be sure to keep the warranty card included with the product.

Product returns and exchanges

If the product you ordered is "different from what I expected," "the size doesn't fit," "I made a mistake with my order," or for other reasons related to your own circumstances, we will accept a return or exchange as long as the following conditions are met.
Please note that if you return the product for your own reasons, all shipping and handling fees will be borne by you.

After contacting us, please return the product within one week.
Once we have inspected the returned item, we will refund you or exchange it for a new one.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Products for which you have contacted us within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Products that are deemed unused according to our standards
  • Products that are free of damage or stains in the customer's possession
  • The product comes with all the accessories and boxes that were delivered.
  • Products that do not state "non-returnable" on the product page
  • Non-sale items
  • Non-custom order items

International Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
Return shipping costs, customs fees, and any import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept returns for items that have been worn or used.
