Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of the order date. However, lead times may vary by product, so please be sure to check the individual product details page.

Even if you specify a delivery date and time, please be aware that shipping and delivery may be delayed due to the following reasons:
- High order volume, such as during sale periods
- Traffic disruptions caused by weather or natural disasters
- Verification of registration information, such as the shipping address, being required prior to shipment

Shipping Fees

For orders with a total product value of 13,200 JPY (tax included) or more, shipping is free nationwide.
For orders with a total product value of less than 13,200 JPY (tax included), shipping fees apply based on the delivery destination.

Orders are typically shipped via Yamato Transport's "Takkyubin Compact" service.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

You cannot specify a delivery date or time when placing an order.
Once the shipping process is complete, we will send a shipping notification email containing your tracking number to the address you provided.
