About Shipping

We usually ship within 3 business days, but the delivery time varies depending on the product, so please check the details page for each product.
Please note that depending on the availability of materials and a large number of orders, it may take longer than usual to deliver your order.

Please note that even if you specify a delivery date and time, there may be delays in shipping and delivery due to the following reasons.
- When there is a large number of orders during sales periods, etc.
- When traffic conditions arise due to weather, natural disasters, etc.
- When confirmation of registered information such as delivery address is required for shipping

Shipping charges will be added to the price.

If the total price of your order is 13,200 yen (tax included) or more, we will deliver your order free of charge nationwide.
If the total product price of a single order is less than 13,200 yen (tax included), shipping fees will be charged according to the delivery destination.

Normally, items will be shipped using Yamato Transport's Takkyubin Compact service .

We will ship your order within 3 business days.

You cannot specify the delivery date and time when placing your order.
Once the shipping procedure is completed, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a confirmation of shipment to the email address you registered.

Currently, shipping is only available within Japan.
