About Shipping

We usually ship within three business days, including the day of order, but the number of days may vary depending on the product, so please be sure to check the details page for each product.

Please note that depending on the availability of materials and the large number of orders, it may take longer than usual for delivery to be made.

Please note that even if you specify a delivery date and time, there may be delays in shipping and delivery due to the following reasons.
- When there is a large number of orders during sales periods, etc.
- When traffic conditions arise due to weather, natural disasters, etc.
- When it is necessary to confirm registered information such as the delivery address for shipping.

Shipping costs will be charged separately.

If the total price of your order is 13,200 yen (tax included) or more, we will deliver your order free of charge nationwide.
If the total product price for a single order is less than 13,200 yen (tax included), shipping fees will be charged according to the delivery destination.

Delivery

Normally, it will be shipped by Yamato Transport's Takkyubin Compact service .

We will ship your order within 3 business days.

You cannot specify the delivery date and time when placing your order.
Once the shipping procedure is complete, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a shipping completion notice to the email address you registered.
If you would like to specify a delivery time, please contact Yamato Transport directly.

Currently, shipping is only available within Japan.
