To ensure that customers residing overseas can shop with peace of mind, we provide detailed information regarding shipping and customs duties.

Regarding shipping carriers and delivery times : Our store primarily uses FedEx and DHL for international shipping.

Currently, precious metals such as silver cannot be handled by general shipping companies.
Therefore, we use these highly secure shipping services. While the shipping costs are slightly higher than typical international shipping, the biggest advantage is that we can deliver your order very quickly and reliably.

Important Notice Regarding Tax Exemptions and Customs Duties (Import Taxes) :<br>When we ship from our store overseas, the Japanese domestic consumption tax (10%) is exempt.
When you enter an overseas shipping address on the checkout screen, the price will automatically switch to a tax-free price with the consumption tax deducted.

However, when the goods arrive in your country, customs duties and import consumption tax may be incurred according to the regulations of your region.
We sincerely apologize, but these customs duties and other related fees will be the responsibility of the customer (recipient).
