We have started shipping overseas to some areas.

AROM. has started shipping silver items overseas.
We will start by shipping to 18 Asian countries, and will gradually expand the number of countries we can ship to in the future.

If you have any requests, such as "I would like it to be available for purchase in this country," please let us know.

About the eligible products

Currently, only silver products are eligible for international shipping.
Gold products are only available in Japan.
This applies to items that have "International Shipping" written on the product page.

Orders from overseas can be purchased at duty-free prices

Prices for overseas shipping only exclude Japanese domestic consumption tax (10%).
On the product page or checkout screen, the tax-exempt price will automatically be displayed if the item is eligible for shipping to that country.

Please note: Customs and import taxes

Depending on the destination country or region, customs fees, import taxes, and other charges may be incurred during customs clearance.
All these costs will be borne by the recipient.

We are unable to advise you of these charges in advance, so we recommend checking your country's regulations or contacting your local customs office.

About Shipping

Delivery is via Yamato Transport's international courier service.
We usually ship within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
