We usually ship within 3 business days of your order (excluding some products). Delivery will be by Yamato Transport's Takkyubin Compact service.
Shipping costs vary depending on the region, but domestic shipping is free for orders totaling 13,200 yen (tax included) or more.

Please be sure to check the contents within 7 days after receiving the product. If there is a problem, please contact us immediately.
Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience are also possible if certain conditions are met (shipping costs will be borne by the customer).

A jewelry cloth is also included for cleaning after use.

About maintenance and repairs

Any defects caused by normal use will be repaired free of charge wherever possible within six months of purchase.
